What are the camera phones have the highest megapixel?

I know some of them have about 1.5 megapixels. What are some of the best? " I saw a beautiful image in Nokia phones, and quite well with the catch, too.

I think to go all the way up to 7 megapixels. But not too hung up on this – they all have bad lenses and more megapixels are lost. If you want something decent you can do prints, you need to buy a dedicated camera.
